    ...we were thrilled to pose with her after  the
    show/workshop sponsored by Sofia Nur in  
    Atlanta..
    Phoenix was Bellydance Heaven last summer!
    I was lucky enough to study with Percussion
    Master Gabby Tawil at The Bellydance
    Shoppe; owner Naj is in the back row on the
    right. I also had the GREAT pleasure of
    studying with Ava Fleming and picked up a
    few classes at the Domba Studio!!  I can't wait
    till next summer!

    When we performed our first set on Market Square it was
    sunny, very windy and a somewhat comfortable 57 degrees.  
    Two hours later when Debka and I donned our Carmen
    costumes, the temperature was 48 and dropping.
    BBBBrrrrrrrr.    The show MUST GO ON!!

co-dancers and I were coaxed to
dance back-up for a rendition of
"Mustang Sally"
